Greenville-Anderson-Mauldin, SC Metropolitan Statistical Area : ウィキペディア英語版 | Greenville, South Carolina metropolitan area The Greenville Metropolitan Area is the metropolitan area encompassing Greenville, South Carolina. The United States Office of Management and Budget designates it the Greenville-Anderson-Mauldin, SC Metropolitan Statistical Area, a Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) used by the Census Bureau and other agencies. According to the OMB, the MSA comprises Greenville, Anderson, Pickens, and Laurens Counties and the principal cities of Greenville, Mauldin and Anderson. As of 2013, the MSA had a population of 850,965, making it the most populous in the state. A larger, 10-county region known as the Greenville-Spartanburg-Anderson Combined Statistical Area composes of most of the Upstate region.
